RMS, a property management system for hotels and resorts globally, was expanding rapidly from Australia into Europe and North America. Their existing brand lacked the clarity and consistency needed for international growth – it didn't capture their unique blend of people and technology.
They approached us to create a unified brand system that felt global, honest, and human – one that would help them stand out in a crowded market.
Through a series of brand workshops, we worked closely with the RMS team to uncover what sets them apart — the balance between technology and people. They’re a company built on relationships, yet driven by innovation. The new brand needed to show both sides equally.
We developed a creative idea around the concept of day and night around the world. This reflected RMS’s global presence and the way their teams connect across continents and time zones. The brand mark was inspired by the Earth’s axis, symbolising constant movement, connection, and collaboration.
From this concept, we built a flexible design system that could adapt to different regions and uses. The visual identity combines clean lines and structured geometry with lifestyle imagery that brings warmth and humanity to the brand. Every element — from colour and typography to bespoke icons — was designed to express clarity, confidence, and trust.
The result is a brand that feels modern and unified, yet still human and approachable. It gives RMS a clear visual language they can use across every touchpoint
