About the project

When Forcura and Medalogix merged to create a comprehensive care coordination platform, they engaged a third-party agency to develop their new brand identity, Mosai.

By the time they approached us as a unified brand, Mosai, they had a new logo, colour palette, and a pressing need to establish their market presence as a unified company.

The combined entity served multiple audiences across healthcare, from home health providers to hospice organisations, each with distinct needs and pain points. The website needed to feel expert and authoritative while remaining approachable and empathetic, reflecting the company's dual focus on sophisticated technology and compassionate care.

Website design and build

Working from the Mosai logo and brand colours, we developed a comprehensive visual system for digital applications. The colour palette built on dark blue foundations, incorporating aqua from Forcura's heritage and electric lime from Medalogix, with strategic use helping visitors quickly identify relevant solutions for their care setting.

We developed a mosaic-inspired graphic system that became a distinctive visual thread throughout the site, reinforcing the concept of disparate pieces forming a coherent whole.

To establish an imagery approach that felt authentic to healthcare while avoiding sterile clinical stock photography, we developed a distinctive image treatment that transforms standard photography into ownable brand assets. Typography balanced authority with approachability, establishing clear hierarchy across complex information architecture.

Built on HubSpot Content Hub with reusable sections, the website gives Mosai's marketing team flexibility to evolve content while maintaining the cohesive visual system, ensuring the brand remains consistent even as pages are added and modified.

Brand launch video

As Mosai prepared to launch their new brand identity, they needed a video to communicate the merger story to internal and external audiences. Working with our in-house motion graphics team, we created two versions to support their launch communications:

Both videos use abstract graphics and the mosaic concept to create a consistent brand experience. The tone balances professionalism with energy, reflecting Mosai's personality while remaining appropriate for healthcare audiences.

Starting with just a logo, we developed a complete visual system that launched Mosai's unified identity to market. The website doesn't just look cohesive. It provides a strategic foundation for growth, with architecture designed around customer pain points and conversion paths optimised for complex B2B sales cycles.

The flexible visual system ensures Mosai's marketing team can create new pages and materials that feel distinctly on-brand, even as the business evolves. More importantly, the design language we established captures what makes this merger meaningful: connecting fragmented points of care into a seamless continuum that improves outcomes for patients, providers, and healthcare organisations.
