Amanda McGrath is Director of Growth Consulting at Blend, where she owns client success from first engagement to three-year review and beyond. She oversees new business, and the growth consultants who lead Blend's accounts, and manages several of the largest herself. When a challenge spans marketing strategy and sales execution, she's the person brought in to see the whole picture.

In 11 years at Blend, Amanda has led dozens of its flagship relationships and award-winning projects. She is most at home in highly regulated, complex B2B environments, helping businesses that are easy to overlook stand out in crowded markets. She has a particular passion for professional services firms, whose challenges mirror Blend's own.

Amanda is an editor by training, and a creative strategist. She wants to understand the root of an idea, and cares about the quality and consistency of its execution. Moving from strategist to leading growth consulting has also taught her that good outcomes rest on the strength of the relationships behind them.
