Josh Bouk is the CEO at Blend, where he partners closely with our North American customers, often in hands-on, executive consulting roles, and leads them through their own growth engineering journey. He works alongside investors and executive teams to design growth engines that deliver sustainable, predictable, and profitable revenue, with a particular focus on how well-orchestrated AI workflows can create real competitive advantage for mid-market B2B companies.
Josh has spent more than 20 years leading organic and acquisitive growth for mid-market technology and tech-enabled service companies, both publicly traded and PE-owned. He is also an investor and board member, which keeps his consulting work grounded in board-level strategy.
Josh first came to Blend as a customer, while leading global growth at a publicly traded financial services firm. After five years on the customer side and a few years apart, he joined Blend's founders in 2025 as the company's third partner.
