Kait Potter is Project Manager at Blend, guiding each project she leads through to completion and making sure it stays on time, within scope, and on budget. She's the link between the delivery team and clients, taking on the planning, problem-solving, and coordination so the people doing the technical work are free to focus on it. Whatever the project, she's there to get it over the line.
She has spent eight years in website management and delivery, including a combined three years at Blend. Over that time, she has delivered website, brand, and CRM implementation projects across many industries and regions, giving her plenty of experience keeping all kinds of projects on track.
Before moving into project management, Kait worked as a content manager, with a close focus on SEO, CMS management, content population, and web testing. Having done that work herself, she knows those stages of a website build first-hand, and brings that understanding to every project she delivers today.
