Sean Sweet is the Chairman of Blend, which he co-founded 15 years ago to bring real commercial thinking to digital marketing. He focuses on building great teams and an organisation clients can trust for the long term, bringing the pattern recognition that only comes from decades in the field and an ability to see where things are heading before they arrive.
Sean has spent more than 35 years building and leading businesses, the last 15 of them at Blend, giving him a grounding in every dimension of how a company runs and a particular focus on how businesses win and keep customers.
He began his career in logistics, managing distribution across the UK and Europe for enterprise technology clients. His time running operations at that scale still shapes how he approaches the business today.
