The technology behind growth engineering

Growth engineering only works if the underlying technology works together. We build every engagement on a deliberate set of platforms, chosen for how well they connect marketing, sales and customer success, not for how long the feature list is. Here's what's in the stack, and why each tool has earned its place.

Technology mapped to the growth cycle,
not bolted onto it.

Every stage of the growth cycle depends on a different combination of tools working in sync, from the platforms that generate and qualify demand through to the ones that keep customers expanding after the sale. We map our stack directly onto that cycle during the Assess phase of every engagement, then build or rebuild the connections between tools during Engineer, so nothing operates in isolation once we move into Operate.

HubSpot: the connective platform

HubSpot sits at the centre of everything we build. Not just because we're a HubSpot partner, but because it's the only platform mature enough to be the single system of record across an entire mid-market B2B revenue lifecycle.

Marketing, sales and customer success run on one unified data model, so every function is working from the same picture rather than three disconnected views. That matters just as much for the AI layer sitting on top: it's only as reliable as the platform underneath it. When we design a connected revenue system, we need a CRM spine every function, and every tool that plugs into it, can trust. HubSpot is the platform that gets our clients there fastest.

Technologies we partner with

We add a small number of specialist tools to the stack, each chosen to remove a specific piece of friction from the growth cycle, not to pad out a feature list.

  • HubSpot

The CRM and growth platform our entire stack connects back to. We implement and run it for clients across marketing, sales pipeline and customer success, and everything else in this list either feeds it or acts on the data inside it.

  • AskElephant

An AI meeting assistant built for customer-facing teams. We implement it to capture and act on what's said in sales and customer success calls, so follow-ups, risk flags and handoffs happen automatically instead of relying on someone remembering to write them up.

    MarketingSalesCustomer Success
  • Trumpet

A digital sales room platform. We set this up for clients to give their buyers a single, branded space for proposals, mutual action plans and next steps, replacing the usual scattered thread of emails and attachments during a deal.

    Sales
  • Scrunch

An AI search visibility platform. We implement it to track how, and whether, a brand is being cited inside AI-generated answers, feeding directly into the AEO work that sits alongside traditional SEO.
