Quotes and contracts that move at the speed of the buyer, not the paperwork

We build the configure-price-quote and contracting systems that turn pricing approvals and paperwork from a bottleneck into something that keeps pace with a deal that's ready to close.

The deal is ready. The paperwork isn't.

A buyer says yes, and then the deal sits. Pricing needs sign-off from someone in another time zone, the contract template doesn't match what was actually negotiated, and the quote has to be rebuilt by hand because the discount structure doesn't fit the standard form. None of that reflects buyer hesitation, it's friction on your side of the table, and it's exactly the kind of delay that gives a buyer's internal doubts room to grow.

The gap between a buyer waiting ten days for a proposal and a buyer holding one in two hours isn't a back-office detail any more, it's the product. Quoting and contracting are two of the easiest places to close that gap, if the underlying system supports it.

What CPQ, quoting and contracting cover

Getting from verbal agreement to signed deal without friction: configure-price-quote setup that generates accurate quotes automatically, approval workflows that route without bottlenecks, contract generation that pulls straight from the quote, a defined path through procurement, and e-signature and close-out that get the deal over the line cleanly.

How do we do it?

How we build your CPQ and contracting setup

01

Audit

We map your current quoting and contracting process, including every approval step and where deals actually slow down.

02

Design

We define pricing logic, approval workflows, and contract templates around your real deal structures, not a generic setup.

03

Build

We configure HubSpot's quoting, CPQ and contracting functionality against your deal records, so quotes and contracts generate from live pipeline data.

04

Test

We run real deal scenarios through the system before go-live, so edge cases get caught before they cost you a close.

05

Refine

We monitor time-to-quote and time-to-contract data and adjust the system as your pricing and offering evolve.

What you get

A configured CPQ system generating quotes directly from deal data

Approval workflows that route automatically based on discount or term thresholds

Contract templates that populate from the deal record, not manual re-entry

A mapped procurement and legal review path for your typical deal

Reporting on time-to-quote and time-to-contract, so bottlenecks are visible

CPQ built on HubSpot

Quoting and contracting only move fast if they're reading from the same record as the rest of the deal, so we build on HubSpot's native quoting and CPQ functionality wherever it fits, rather than bolting on a separate tool that has to be kept in sync by hand. Pricing, approvals, contracts, and signature all live on the deal record itself, so quote-to-close reporting shows up in the dashboards your team already uses, not a system nobody checks.

Where HubSpot's native CPQ doesn't cover a pricing model, we'll tell you early and integrate a specialist tool alongside it rather than force a workaround. And if your revenue system isn't on HubSpot yet, this is usually part of the reason we'd recommend moving there first.
