Mike Thomas is the Director of Design Engineering at Blend, where he leads the design engineering behind the websites and digital experiences Blend builds on HubSpot. He and his team turn complex requirements into robust, scalable builds, with a focus on engineering solutions that push the limits of what the platform can do.
Mike has more than 15 years of experience in web development and infrastructure. His work spans global brands in hospitality, energy, insurance, telecoms, payments, and banking, as well as international law firms, giving him a grounding in the complex requirements large organisations bring to digital projects.
Mike previously led technical delivery within digital agencies and later oversaw software development for professional services clients. He brings that experience to Blend, where he sets the standard for quality, reliability, and performance across every website and technical solution the team creates.
