About the project

Leep Group is the UK's largest individual Adult Skills Funding holder, delivering funded training pathways from entry level to Masters degree across digital, IT, HR, trades, and renewable energy sectors. Since 2011, they have supported over 100,000 learners, achieved more than 60,000 positive outcomes, and built relationships with some of the UK's most recognised employers across retail, public services, and logistics.

Following private equity backing and a series of strategic acquisitions, the group had a new brand and a clear ambition. What they didn't have was a digital presence to match. Employer journeys were an afterthought. Learner journeys buried the information people needed most. Lead capture was inconsistent and forms weren't built to convert. And a brand that had grown through several acquisitions lacked the visual cohesion the business had earned.

We partnered with the Leep team to rebuild their site around the people they serve, giving employers a reason to pick up the phone and learners the clarity they need to take the next step. Working across strategy, brand, design, copy, and development, we delivered a high-performance HubSpot website that preserves Leep's existing pipeline of 1,800+ monthly applicants while creating clear journeys for every type of visitor.

Turning a rebrand into a digital identity

Leep arrived with a strong new brand and a complex offer that needed careful organisation online. We built the site architecture around how visitors actually think, structuring course navigation by both job role and training type across eight sector areas and seven pathway types, from pre-employment through to higher level apprenticeships, so every visitor can find what they need and move toward enquiry without dead ends.

On the design side, we translated Leep's new brand identity into a comprehensive digital design system, developing iconography and standardising typography, colour application, and component styles across the site. The brand's diagonal graphic elements and bold colour palette are used purposefully throughout, creating visual energy without sacrificing clarity. People-focused photography runs through the site, authentically representing the learners and employer partners at the heart of the business.

The site was built on HubSpot Content Hub with a flexible, section-based system that gives the Leep team full control to create and update pages without relying on developers. Lead routing, CRM integration, and meeting scheduling are built into the conversion experience, connecting the site directly to the sales process.
