Studycast is a cloud-based medical imaging workflow platform serving private practices, managed service organisations, and small hospital systems across cardiology, vascular, and women's health. The platform helps practices store, interpret, and transfer medical imaging while generating reports faster and with fewer errors.
When they came to us, Studycast had outgrown its brand. The company operated under multiple names: Core Sound Imaging as the parent company, Studycast as the product, and CoreArchive as a secondary offering. This fragmented naming made it harder for prospects to understand who they were dealing with and diluted their presence in a competitive market. The visual identity, while functional, hadn't evolved alongside the platform, and the website wasn't structured to reflect the sophistication of the product or convert the traffic it was generating.
We partnered with Studycast to bring everything under one name, elevate the brand to match the quality of the platform, and build a conversion-focused website on HubSpot Content Hub. The result is a brand that tells healthcare professionals exactly what they need to hear: this is a company that understands my practice, my specialty, and my patients.
The new Studycast logo pairs a clean wordmark with an abstract mark formed from a single continuous line. The looping pathway references the connected imaging workflows at the heart of the platform, and it doubles as the foundation for a broader brand device that extends across the website and marketing materials.
The mark was designed to work across a wide range of applications, from website headers and tradeshow booths to print collateral and business cards. Multiple colour variations ensure the logo maintains clarity and impact whether it sits on a light or dark background.
Healthcare technology is dominated by blue and green. Every competitor in Studycast's market leans on the same visual language, making differentiation through colour a genuine strategic opportunity, but one that requires restraint.
Healthcare buyers are conservative. Overly vibrant or trendy design can undermine credibility and make a platform feel unproven. The palette needed to feel authoritative and professional while still setting Studycast apart from a sea of near-identical competitors.
Beyond the core palette, we developed a gradient system that gives Studycast a flexible and distinctive way to express their brand. Rather than flat colour applied uniformly, the gradients create depth and movement across different applications, from digital interfaces to tradeshow materials and sales collateral.
Studycast's previous imagery felt cluttered, and the illustration style didn't inspire the confidence healthcare professionals expect. We developed a new visual direction that puts product UI front and centre, showing specific workflow moments rather than full-screen views, so prospects can see what working with the platform actually looks like.
Stock photography is treated to feel cohesive and ownable rather than obviously pulled from a library. And where illustration is needed, clean minimalist line art replaces the decorative style that had been undermining the brand's professional credibility.
The website brings the full Studycast brand to life in a digital experience built for clarity and conversion.
The previous site wasn't structured around conversion, making it difficult for prospects to request a demo. And the navigation buried the specialties where Studycast is strongest: cardiology, vascular, and women's health.
We restructured the site around how healthcare professionals actually evaluate platforms, with clear pathways by role and specialty. Throughout the site, the colour palette, gradients, photography treatment, and illustration style work as a cohesive system, reinforcing trust at every touchpoint. Product UI is woven into the experience alongside real workflow scenarios, showing the platform in context rather than in isolation.
Built on HubSpot Content Hub, the modular build gives Studycast's marketing team the flexibility to manage and evolve content without developer support, with new pages maintaining brand consistency automatically as the platform grows.
